| 摘 要： | 结合建筑业市场管理体制的改革及其发展态势,就如何构建建筑工程监理服务质量保证体系进行阐述,从组织结构质量保证体系、项目质量保证体系、工作质量保证体系、质量效果评价体系等方面,提出了健全和完善工程监理质保体系的措施。

| Abstract: | Combining with the reform of the administrative system in architecture market and its developing tendency,this paper expatiates on how to construct the quality assurance system of engineering supervision.Measures about consummating the quality assurance system of engineeing supervision are put forward from the aspects of the organizational structure,programs,performance quality and quality system evaluation. |
