摘    要:教师作为人类灵魂的工程师,应该有一个良好的性格特征.但由于其特殊的劳动特点和职业习惯,教师性格却存在着二重性,有"职业病".这既不利于教师自身素质的提高,也不利于教育教学活动的优化,应客观认识,进一步完善.

Abstract:Teachers, the so-called engineers of human souls, should have good character. Because of their special labor features and occupational habits, they have duality in their character. They also have "occupational diseases", which are favorable to neither teachers' quality optimization nor the situation of education and teaching activities. Therefore, teachers' occupational character should be studied objectively, should be further completed and optimized.
