| 摘 要： | 诚信是一个涵盖伦理道德、经济、政治、社会等领域的范畴。一个国家社会诚信水平的提高,诚信氛围的形成,离不开健全完善的诚信机制的保障和支撑。针对我国传统文化思想的内在缺陷、制度缺失等问题,我们必须借鉴国外诚信机制建设的先进经验,建构适合中国国情的社会诚信机制,包括诚信约束机制、评价机制、激励和监管机制等。

| Abstract: | Good faith is a category that belongs to Ethics, Economics, Politics and sociology etc. To improve the good faith level of a society can't without the guarantee and support of good faith mechanism. On the base of using the advanced experience of other countries for conference, the binding mechanism, evaluating mechanism, encouraging mechanism and supervising mechanism of good faith which are all fitted the national conditions should be constructed in our country. |
