安徽岳西茯苓醇提物高效液相指纹图谱研究

目的]建立安徽岳西及其周边地区茯苓药材特有的HPLC指纹图谱.方法]采用高效液相色谱法,waters symmetry C18（5μm,4.6＊ 150mm）色谱柱、乙腈-0.5％磷酸水梯度洗脱条件,检测波长为243 nm,柱温25℃,流速1.0 mL/min.以茯苓酸为基础峰建立特征吸收峰共有模式,并通过相似度评价系统进行评价.结果]在既定色谱条件下,分析5个产区茯苓药材,标定色谱图中8个峰为共有峰,经软件统计,指纹图谱相似性为0.893～0.998之间.结论]该方法简单易行、稳定可靠、重复性好、色谱峰分离度高,可用于岳西及周边茯苓药材的鉴定和质量控制.

Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Poria Cocos in AnHui Yuexi Area

To establish an HPLC fingerprint of poria cocos in Anhui yuexi area. Methods：establish the HPLC fingerprint method of poria cocos in Anhui y uexi area with waters C18 column （Sμm, 4.6 ＊ 150mm）and the gradient elution was acetonitrile and 0.5 % phosphoric acid. The flow rate was set at 1.0mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 243nm. Similarity was evaluated by similarity evaluation system. Results： Under the chromatographic conditions,HPLC fingerprint was established,and eight common peaks were recognized. The similarities was between 0. 893 and 0. 962. Conclusion：This method is simple,accurate and repeatable for good separation of chromatographic peak. It could be used for the quality control of poria cocos in Anhui yuexi area.
