| Abstract: | The number of editors of liberal arts periodicals of institutions of higher learning is very large.The training of basic skills is the precondition of for them to do the editorial work well.It is important means to understand the policies of the Party and the nation,grasp the relevant laws,regulations and acts,familiarize with the editing flow of periodicals and promote the quality of editors of periodicals. |
