摘    要:文章略述了当前大学英语教学中听说能力培养的现状,提出了利用精读课加强听说能力培养的主张,阐释了若干可行的教学改进措施和实践效果,尤其强调了采用H.E.帕默的四个基本疑问句式所设计的有声语言综合应用训练。

Abstract:The article expounds the present condition of fostering aural and oral abilities insufficiently in colleges and universities. It puts forward the proposition of taking advantage of intensive reading class to strengthen the abilities and some feasible teaching measures, especially the one in using the basic four interrogative syntactic patterns of H. E. Palmer to drill students in comprehensive application of sound language, to improve the status quo. It reports the good results of the concrete teaching practice in using these measures and approaches the subject in terms of theory.
