摘    要:企业价值链演变为市场价值链是一种必然趋势。我国企业应顺应这一趋势,摆脱传统管理模式的思维定势,加速企业价值链向市场价值链的转变,全力打造核心竞争力,强化竞争与合作,形成强大的协同优势,以在未来的竞争中求得生存和发展,立于不败之地。

Abstract:The transition from enterprise value chain to market value chain is an inexorable trend. Complying with this trend, Chinese enterprises should get rid of the thinking pattern in the traditional management mode, and accelerate the transition. They should build up key competitive power, strengthen the competition and cooperation, and form strong cooperative advantage in pursuit of the survival and development in the future competition as well as an invincible position.
