| 摘 要： | "葆部"是汉朝"葆塞蛮夷"聚居和活动区域.是分布在汉代边疆地区类似民族自治区域.由于"葆部"处于汉朝缘边地带,所以其不可避免被汉朝政府纳入边疆之军政管理系统."葆部"不见于传世之典籍,然现于汉之简牍.关于边疆地区问题虽多有研究,但"葆部"目前尚无人提出,尤其"葆部"的社会治安职能更无专论.本文对"葆部"在社会治安方面的之考论不过是边疆地区诸多问题的补充研究,而旨在于汉代边疆社会治安的丰富与发展.
