关联理论是对福多知觉模块论的继承和发展。文章以Sperber和Wilson的关联理论为基础,从传统隐喻和现代隐喻认知角度,论证了对隐喻的理解不仅仅是一个修辞语义解码过程,还是在最佳相关原则指导下寻求本体和喻体的最佳相关的认知推理过程,并在此基础上论述了隐喻语义的重新建构。

On the Evolution of Traditional Metaphor Rhetoric

Relevance theory is a new one,which both inherits and develops J.Fordor's modularity of perception.On the basis of Sperber & Wilson's relevance theory,this paper,from traditional metaphor rhetoric to modern metaphor cognition,expounds in a convincing way the understanding of metaphor not only decodes the semantic meanings but seeks out the optimal relevance,as well as cognitive reference as to tenor and vehicle with the guidance of principles of optimal relevance,and it deals with the reconstruction of semantic meanings.
