| 摘 要： | 1904-1909年间,在开办潮汕铁路的过程中,铁路公司与地方社会在铁路路线、购地价格、公司股权等问题上持续发生冲突,地方社会各阶层先是以"民利"为武器、后是以"国权"为号召,与外来力量进行抗争,在抗争的过程中逐步构建新的"乡土-国家"关系;一系列冲突的发生、发展和结果,展示了晚清潮汕地域社会变迁的画面.
