| 摘 要： | 以青少年犯罪的心理行为研究、动因研究以及规律研究为基础,结合对海口市近年来青少年违法犯罪的特点、特征和趋势分析,提出了基于帮教的预防青少年犯罪的TSP体系,介绍了TSP体系的架构、运行机理、保障条件.海口的实践表明,TSP体系具有全方位、多层次预防青少年犯罪、矫治行为综合防治作用.

| Abstract: | Based on the research of the psychological behavior,motivation and regularity about adolescence crime and combined with the characteristics and trend of juvenile delinquency in Haikou recently,this paper puts forward TSP system to prevent teenager crime by assistance and education,and introduces its structure,operation mechanism,securing conditions.Practice in Haikou showed that TSP system is all-round,multi-leveled,and comprehensive in juvenile crime prevention and behavior modification. |
