首都宗教与社会主义和谐社会的构建

北京人有自己传统的信仰,有出自本土的道教,还有由国外传入的佛教、天主教、基督教和伊斯兰教,五大不同的宗教长期以来和谐共处、相互宽容沟通,是中国首都北京宗教和谐共存与发展的特性。北京是一个多民族、多宗教、多文化的大舞台,北京的宗教是丰富多彩的,但是在多样性中也有同一性,那就是信教与不信教的民众、信仰不同宗教的信众,在尊重各种宗教信仰的同时,共同为构建一个既有特殊性又有共性、既有多样性也有同一性、充满活力与生机、"和而不同"、多元共存的和谐社会而达成共识。从整体上和主流上看,作为首都,北京宗教已经基本上形成了世界罕见的"五大宗教共荣"的和谐局面。

Religions in the Capital City and the Construction of a Socialist Harmonious Society

People in Beijing have their own traditional beliefs.Taoism originated from Beijing,while Buddhism,Catholicism,Christianity,and Islamism came from abroad.It is the characteristics of religious situation in Beijing that all these five major religions have existed harmoniously in this capital city for a long time.Beijing enjoys various religions,but there exists similarity in varieties.In other words,there exists a common sense among believers,non-believers,and different believers that they would work together and build a pluralistic and "difference-in-harmony" society.Generally speaking,Beijing,as a capital city,has become a rare sample in the world that all the five major religions are flourishing harmoniously at the same time.
