摘    要:在现实生活中,营销渠道成员之间的冲突不仅大量存在,而且能否很好地解决冲突,关系到营销渠道运行的效 率,并由此会影响企业的整体效益。本文讨论了营销渠道冲突的内涵、产生的根源和解决的方法。

Abstract:There are numerous conflicts among members of market channels in reality. It counts whether or not the conflicts are properly resolved, which concerns the efficiency of operations of, marketing channels. In turn, this will have an impact on an enterprise's overall profitability. This paper discusses the concept of the channel conflict, the root sources of channel conflict and the methods of channel conflict resolution.
