A Tentative Approach to the Establishment and Improvement of Administrative Proceedings |

| Abstract: | Taken into consideration of the characteristics of the administrative proceedings and the logic demand for its coordination with the civil as well as criminal proceedings, the author of this paper proposes a general framework of administrative proceedings covering preparations before trial, in court, summary procedure; meditation and reconciliation. |
