| Abstract: | In this paper it is argued that successful experience of other countries for reference and practical methods concerned should be used to improve the Law of Company and the legitimate protection system of less-shared stockholders in China. The legitimate protection system can protect the rights and interests of less-shared stockholders and prevent the misuse of the principle that the much-shared limited-liability company has much right. |
