| 摘 要： | 本文沿时间脉络描述了改革开放30年来北京市阶级阶层结构的变迁轨迹。在此基础上,指出北京市的社会阶级阶层结构已经在向后工业化方向发展;市场经济的发育与职业结构的升级是阶级阶层结构变迁的主导力量。
