试论宋代手工业分工与商品供给增长的关系

分工是经济增长的源泉。分工可分为行业间、行业内的社会分工和生产过程的专业化劳动分工。宋代手工业生产中已经形成了细密的行业间和行业内社会分工体系,但生产过程中的专业化劳动分工并不发达。因此,宋代手工业分工的发展对商品供给的增进作用主要是表现在商品种类的扩大而不是同一种商品数量的增长。

On the relationship between the division of labor in handcraft industry and the increasing supply of commodi ty in Song Dynasty

The division of labor is the source of growth of ecnomimy. We commonthly the division of labor into two categories. One is the social division of labor either between the lines of business or in a profession. The other is the specialized division of labor in the process of production. In Song Dynasty, the intensive system of social division of labor has been established in handcraft industy. But the specialized division of labor has not been flourishing yet. In result, as it was known, the development of division of labor in handcraft industry played a promoting role in the supply of commodity in Sony Dynasty. But this useful promiion mainly made a showing in the extension of differentkinds of commoodities, rather than in the increase in the quantity of a commodity.
