| 摘 要： | 我国目前在举证方面的立法、司法虽然趋于完善,但质证与认证却被忽视,未能引起法学理论界的重视。因此,应加强对民事质证、认证制度的理论研究。文章在时质证的构造、质证程序及存在问题进行讨论的基础上,认为应亟待建设若干配套制度。

| Abstract: | Althought Legislation and judicature of China are tending towards perfection at Presenly, the confrontation and authentication are ignored,So it is necessary to strengthen theoretical research on the civil action's confrontation and authentication's system. On the basis of discussing the structure and procedure of confrontation & question existing,this article advances complete system demanding prompt construction. |
