| 摘 要： | "建设21世纪海上丝绸之路"一经中央提出,迅速得到我国沿海省市区各级地方政府和相关企业资本的响应。大建大造"21世纪海上丝绸之路"沿线国际海洋-港口"中心城市"、"枢纽城市"、"特色城市"等名号,一时间纷纷被提出,并很快见诸行动。我们究竟需要什么样的"海洋城市","海洋城市"应该如何"打造",如何与国际"对接"?本文对此略作分析,并以国外不断出台的"世界最美海洋城市"排名与评价情况作参考。

| Abstract: | ＂Building the Maritime Silk Road of the 21st Century＂, as was put forward by the Chinese Central Government, has quickly received responses from domestic coastal provinces and related businesses. Many cities in China along the ＂Maritime Silk Road＂ has created titles like international maritime ＂central city＂, ＂hub city＂, or ＂characteristic city＂ etc., and quickly put them into practice. But do we really need to build so much maritime cities？ How to build them？ And how to let our Chinese maritime cities be blended into the international ones？ Herein we can get a general comprehension by analyzing the ＂Top 10 Most Beautiful Maritime Cities of the World＂, an annually changed world rankings. |
