| 摘 要： | 对于广东而言,国家推出"21世纪海上丝路"战略是一个使得岭南文化走向世界的绝佳时机,它意味着与"海上丝路"有关的城市有机会进入新的体系,去担当推动贸易发展、启动文化交流的重任,如何实现这样的宏伟蓝图,必须分步骤循序渐进,从历史入手,以利益互惠为核心,以文化传播为抓手,发挥海上丝路从"纽带"、"平台"到"框架"的不同作用。

| Abstract: | It is an excellent opporlunity for Lingnan culture to be introduced to the world as China is promoting the ＂21st Century Maritime Silk Road＂ strategy. It means MSR-related cities are granted the chance to be led into a new system for trade promotion and cultural exchanges. Such grand goals must be achieved step by step, starting from history, focusing on mutual ben- efits, relying on culture diffusion, and giving full play to the different functions of MSR from belt, to platform and to framework. |
