广州增强国家中心城市辐射力研究

以中心城市辐射理论为基础,通过层次分析法构建中心城市辐射能力评价指标体系,把广州与国内中心城市经济辐射效应进行比较分析,总结广州存在高端产业辐射功能不足、科技创新带动能力不足、远程辐射功能弱等问题与不足,从而提出增强广州国家中心城市辐射能力的政策与建议,如以产业升级强化辐射主体,以科技创新增强辐射动力和以区域合作扩展腹地空间等。

A Study on Improving the Power of Guangzhou as a National Central City

Based on the theory of national central city radiation, the paper establishes an index system for the power of national central city, and compares Guangzhou with its other do- mestic counterparts. The problems for Guangzhou include low radiation capacity for high-end industry, low driving force for scientific innovation, weak remote radiation capacity, etc. Policy suggestions are therefore proposed, such as industrial upgrade, scientific innovation and regional cooperation.
