中国经济犯罪现状及对策

在经济全球化和社会转型的背景下,中国经济犯罪形势十分严重,形成大案要案突出、犯罪类型多样化、作案手段隐蔽化、组织化程度高且与腐败相联等特点,呈现出国际化、作案手段高科技化、黑社会形式的经济犯罪加剧等发展趋势。文章针对我国目前经济犯罪的特点,提出了加强经侦队伍业务培训,提高侦办能力,加强情报资料收集和建立统一的经济犯罪情报资料信息网等预防打击对策。

Present Situation of Economic Crime in China and its Countermeasures

As the globalization of economy and the China's social transition, the situation of economic crime in China is extremely serious. The crimes are characterized by heavy individual criminal cases, diversification, much more concealed criminal means, well Organized and closely related to the corruption of the officers. The trends are emerging as internationalized, high technological and connected with the gangsterdom. Some possibly available countermeasures against the economic crimes in China, such as, to strengthen professional training of the economic crime investigators for improving their ability to deal with different types of economic crimes, to develop information collecting methods and to construct an information network system, are discussed as well in the present paper.
