| 摘 要： | 定位问题非常重要,每个组织系统都无法回避.事实上,有关地方重点院校定位问题的研究远远落后于实践.本文围绕定位问题,从纵向的、横向的、现实的三个维度出发,对地方重点院校这一特定群体进行了深入剖析,提出了加强宣传、兼顾教学科研、向多领域辐射、特色兴校等项主张.

| Abstract: | The orientation is so important that every institution can not dodge it. In fact, the research on orientation of local key universities and colleges drops behind the practice operation quite a lot. From the view of history and reality, the orientation of this particular community is discussed. Some new views like enhancing publicity, considering both teaching and research, reinforcing multi-discipline,and cultivating own characteristics are tackled in this paper. |
