| 摘 要： | 中日《修好条规》一直被认为是一个平等的建交条约,但实际上条规的草拟和签订过程却一波三折,背后隐藏着种种博弈。通过对中日《修好条规》长达一年之久的缔约过程中的草案和条约正式文本的考察,可以看到在文本修辞背后,中日双方展开了一场国际政治和文化斗争。

| Abstract: | Sino-Japan Amity Treaty was always believed to be an equal treaty,but in fact the process of making drafts and signing was full of conflicts.This paper is trying to analyse the hidden rhetoric meaning ot diplomatic text centered on the drafts and text of Sino-Japan Amity Treaty and explore the related international political and cultural conflicts between China and Japan. |
