从“教师胜任力”的视角看高师心理学教学改革

教师胜任力是从事教师职业需要具备的胜任特征的总和，既是评价教师的依据，也是教师培养的出发点。心理学作为师范专业的公共必修课程，应该从优秀教师的胜任特征出发，进行心理学的双目标教学改革：学校要给予合理的科学定位，立足学以致用，改革教学内容；处理好多种教学方式之间的关系；针对教师胜任力的特点加强心理素质训练；改变单一的教学评价模式，增加形成性学业评价的比重。

Study of Public Psychology Curriculum from the Perspective of Teachers' Competence

Teachers' competence is a general standard for educational professionals.It is both an appraisal base and a starting point of training.Psychology course is a compulsory course for all non-psychology majors,so institutions should begin the reform from a reasonable orientation,practical application of learning,to change monotonous teaching models and increase the importance of formative evaluation.
