摘    要:基础教育领域公私合作伙伴关系(PPP)是公共教育部门与私营部门建立合作伙伴关系以促进基础教育事业发展的一种新模式,也是一种新型的教育投融资与教育服务模式。它涉及多个合作办学模式,且基于多个相关理论或观念,值得关注和研究,这对于解决我国基础教育领域面临的诸多问题具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Public-Private Partnership(PPP) in basic education is a new model of collaboration between the public and private sectors to develop basic education.And it is a new model of investment and moneycollection and educational provision.It involves various models,and bases itself on various theories or concepts,hence worthy of note and study.It is of great help to addressing the problems in the governance and systematic design of the educational reform and development of our country.
