| 摘 要： | 多边贸易体制的建立把传统的关税和非关税贸易壁垒限制在较低的水平,然而劳工标准与贸易相关的问题正日益成为当今影响贸易竞争的突出问题,引起国际社会和世贸组织的广泛关注。分析劳工问题对于国际贸易的影响,并以美国的实践为例兼谈我国相关的法律对策。

| Abstract: | The establishment of multilateraltrade system limits the traditional custom duty and the noncustom duty trade barrier in the lower level.However,the labor standard is increasingly becoming a prominent problem relating to trade day that affects the trade competition,and causes the international society's and World Trade Organizations' widespread attention.This article analyzes the labor problem regarding the international trade influence,and take the American practice as a example to discuss our ralevant legal measures. |
