| 摘 要： | 进一步加强农村村党组织书记队伍建设是党在农村的一项战略性任务。政策措施要更加注重协调和整体推进,形成齐抓共管的工作格局。选任机制要更加突出可操作性,逐步推行村支书公职化。教育培养要更加突出实效性,着力提高村党组织书记治理农村社会,引领科学发展的能力。管理监督要更加经常化和制度化,适应农村特点和发展需要。激励保障要更加突出实质性,充分调动村党组织书记工作积极性。

| Abstract: | To further strengthen the construction of secretaries of rural village Party organization is the strategical task.Policy measures should pay more attention to the coordination and overall advance,form together the work pattern..The selection mechanism should highlight maneuverability,and carry out stage by stage village Party branch office.Education must be more prominent effect,strive to improve the village secretary of the party organization governance rural society,leading the capacity of scientific development.Management and supervision should be more regular and institutionalized,adapting to the rural characteristics and development needs.Excitation protection must be more prominent substantive,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of job of secretary of village Party organization. |
