| 摘 要： | 健全的社会保障制度是稳定的基石和市场经济健康运行的保证,它关系到改革、发展、稳定的全局。目前农村社会保障制度与社会主义市场经济的要求还有很大差距,构建农村社会保障体系是一项系统工程,需要社会各方面的齐心协力,积极推进。

| Abstract: | A healthy social system is the foundation of the stability of society and the guarantee of the sound function of market economy.It concerns the overall situation of the reform,the development and the stability.Tne country social secure institution is the main part of the state secure institution.At present,between the country social secure instiution and the request of the social market economy,there is a big gap.To build the system of the country social secure institution is a systematic project,which needs all kinds of help and effort of the society to propel ac- tively. |
