失地农民再就业培训的有效模式：混成学习

计算机网络和远程教育的普及使运用＂混成学习＂模式对失地农民进行再就业培训成为可能。相对其他培训模式而言,＂混成学习＂模式便于对失地农民实施差别化的培训策略,有利于提高固定成本下的培训绩效,有效解决失地农民工学矛盾。根据失地农民的群体特点,＂混成学习＂培训模式包括确定学习目标及预期绩效、选择相应层次的培训内容、选取＂混成学习＂模式及考核和评价四个部分。推广＂混成学习＂模式,政府及失地农民自身应高度的重视,同时应充分利用现有教学资源,建立多层次的网络培训体系。

Blended learning:An effective way of reemployment training for landless farmers

The popularization of internet and long-range education make it possible to carry out reemployment training for landless farmers in the form of blended learning.Compared with other training models,blended learning for landless farmer has the advantages of cutting training cost and resolves the contradiction between work and study of the landless farmers.Using this model,the reemployment training can be divided into four steps according to the different needs of the farmers in training：setting a goal,choosing suitable training material,training and evaluation.Hence,this paper proposes to set up a multi-level reemployment training system so as to promote the reemployment for landless farmers.
