| 摘 要： | 村卫生室是农村三级医疗卫生服务网的最基层组织,在农村医疗卫生工作中承担着重要功能。南通市H镇村卫生室功能的实现情况表明,村卫生室在预防、保健、健康检查、健康教育等方面存在敷衍塞责、流于形式的现象,公共卫生服务功能呈弱化趋势。

| Abstract: | The village clinics are the basic unit of the rural three-tier health networks.It plays an extremely important role in medical services in rural areas.The paper takes four village clinics of Nantong city as the subject,by means of field observation and semi-structured interview,it discusses the realization of the function of village clinics.The findings show that the clinics prevention,health care,health inculcation and health education become mere formality and the public sanitation functions of village clinics is weakening. |
