我国劳动争议仲裁制度研究

摘    要:"仲裁前置,一裁二审"的劳动争议解决模式在立法之初,为解决我国的劳动争议发挥过重大作用。但传统模式逐渐不能适应现实的需要,现行劳动争议处理体制的弊端突出。《劳动争议调解仲裁法》的出台在一定程度上把我国的仲裁制度向前推进一大步,但由于诸多条件的限制,这部新法并非完美无缺,大量的问题与不足亟待进一步研究和解决。
