浅议计划生育国策

计划生育政策的出台，既是我国政府面临着人口增长过快给经济建设和社会发展带来的巨大压力而作出的必然选择，也是党和国家领导人对建国后的二十余年在人口与计划生育问题上出现失误的深刻反思。计划生育政策实施三十多年来，不仅使我国的人口再生产类型实现了根本性的转变，促进了经济社会发展、人民群众生活水平和人口素质的提高，而且还有效地节约了资源、保护了环境。同时，我们对由于计划生育政策的实施而带来的一些问题，也应当给予高度重视和妥善解决。

Comment on the National Policy of Family Planning

The national policy of family planning is the inevitable choice of our government which faces the tremendous pressure of economic building and social developing from population growth , at the same time, it is also profound introspection of the leaders of Party and state to misplay in Population and family planning problem . The national policy of family planning has been put in practice for thirty years ,it not only makes our nation in reproduction style achieving essential conversion, and accelerating social economic development , thereby, improving the standards of living, but also economizes resource and protects environment. At the same time, we should attach importance to some problems which are aroused by the implement of the national policy and solve them properly.
