| 摘 要： | 本文对《关于审理证券市场因虚假陈述引发的民事赔偿案件的若干规定》颁行的意义进行了分析,着力探讨了对《规定》中有关内容的理解,并指出和分析了《规定》中在有关前置程序、诉讼方式以及受案范围等方面存在的问题。
