| 摘 要： | 从哲学伦理学的角度审视产权，主体性是产权运作中的基本原则之一。产权主体性原则是基于产权的本质特征和社会伦理的基本价值要求提出来的，是对产权制度安排和产权活动中主体的道德权利、伦理责任和伦理目的的基本规定，它主要包括产权使用自主、产权交易自由和有利于人的发展三个方面的伦理规定。

| Abstract: | Self-determination is one of the basic princrples for the operation of property night from the angle of philosophical ethics.The principle of self-determination for property right is brought forward basing on the characteristics of property right and the main reguirements of social ethical value.It is the fundamental provision for the main body's moral rights,ethical duties and aims in the arrangement of system and activity of property right.It mainly includes the following three ethical proussions:free use of property night,freedom of property right trade,and some favourable development. |
