| 摘 要： | 加快城市化进程,是构建和谐社会,建设社会主义新农村不可回避的问题。本文对宁夏在城市化过程中,农民因失地而造成生活水平下降,就业和其它权益得不到保障等问题进行了分析,并提出了维护失地农民利益长效机制的对策。

| Abstract: | Promotion of Urbanization is a unavoid problem in the construction of harmoniral society and Building a new socialist countryside.The paper analysis the problem such as falling living standards caused by lost land,not protection of employment and other rights and interests,and gives advice to construct the long-term mechanism to safeguard the rights and interests of lost-land peasant. |
