A Case Analysis of Judicial Authentication on a Grape Output Reduction Caused by Overuse of Pesticides

Identification department was entrusted to technical appraisal and loss assessment after grape growth was affected because those peasant households did not correctly use pesticides according to the guide, and the involved parties were divided over causal relationship between uses of pesticide and reduction of grapy output and the extent of grape damage. Corresponding responsibility was divided on the basis of national laws and regulations with a reference to many years of practical work. Meanwhile assessment methods are preliminarily discussed on different growth period and different value embodiment of grapes.
