| 摘 要： | 邓小平认为:只有安定团结,才能实行改革开放政策,搞好现代化建设;人民团结是衡量一个国家政治体制、政治结构和政策是否正确的重要标志;讲团结,必须贯彻民主集中制,实行团结———批评———团结的方针,反对派性,顾全大局,一心一意向前看;搞好安定团结必须加强党的领导,加强思想政治工作,加强统战工作,大力发展经济;要安定团结必须靠理想、信念、纪律和法制,反对自由化。

| Abstract: | According to Deng Xiaoping's ideas:only stability and unity can realize the policy of reformation and opening and modernization construction;people unity is an important symbol to measure a national political system,political construction and policy;to achieve unity must carry through the democracy and concentration system,practise the unity-criticism-unity guideline, oppose faction and consider for the interests of the whole;to achieve stability and unity must enhance party's leadship, enhance ideological and political work, enhance united front work and develop economy strongly; to achieve stability and unity must depend on ideal, conviction, discipline and legal system and oppose the liberalism. |
