| 摘 要： | 天津滨海新区的建设与发展成为环渤海地区,特别是河北省临海地区今后一个时期最大的、最难得的历史性机遇。借助天津滨海新区向现代化制造、研发基地和国际物流中心发展的优势,河北省沿海地区面临着更多的产业协作和城市发展的机会,河北应借此历史性机遇,加快构建经济社会发展的新格局。

| Abstract: | The construction and development of Tianjin Binhai New District will become the biggest and rarest opportunity of development in the areas around the Bohai Sea,especially the areas of Hebei province in the future period.Taking advantage of modern manufacture,research and development bases and international logistic center,the coastal areas of Hebei province face more cooperation and urban opportunity of development.Hebei province should seize such a historic opportunity to speed up and construct new patterns of economic and social development. |
