| Abstract: | In this article,the author thinks it deficient that the legislator doesn't prescribe systems of unit crime in measuring penalty in criminal law. The author emphatically discusses the jailbird system, cop out system, making contributions system and system of unit crime, ect. And comes up with legislating conceiving about those systems. |
