| Abstract: | Periodicals are an important part of the documentary resources in reference rooms of universities and colleges. They are also the carriers of the achievements in science and technology. In the 21st century it is required that periodicals be run automatically, resources be shared together and information be retrieved electronically. The librarians should not only be creative, but also pay special attention to the development and utilization of the information so as to raise the standard of the service. |
