| 摘 要： | 研究农民收入差异不仅具有经济意义,而且也具有社会意义。本文主要根据浙江省柯桥、柳市两镇农村劳动力的实地抽样调查资料,以定量为主的统计分析方法,深入分析了影响我国东部较发达地区农村劳动力收入的个人因素以及各因素影响作用的相对大小,在此基础上,提出了提高农民收入的思路。

| Abstract: | Studying the income gap of the rural labors' is of both great economic and social implications. This paper, based on the sampling survey in Keqiao and Liushi Town, Zhejiang and using Spss software, analyzes the personal factors and their effect in affecting the income of rural labors' in eastern China. Accordingly the suggestions to raise the rural labors' income are put forward. |
