澳大利亚教师教育实践课程述评与启示 ——拉筹伯大学教育学院的教学实习考察

摘    要:澳大利亚教师教育非常注重实践训练,其实践课程计划完整包括了对课程结构、教学实习内容、指导教师角色以及实习教师的评价等多方面要求。由此可以得到以下启示:教育实践课程应当建构科学的教学实习内容与序列,促进教师职业技能的逐步获得;重视通过现场见习建立感性认识,为实习做准备;明确对实习教师评价的标准和预期;以过程管理与指导促进大学与中小学的合作关系,实现实习教师、学校合作教师与大学指导教师共同的职业发展。

Abstract:The teacher education in Australia pays more attention to the practice training.And the practice course project completely includes all kinds of requirements on course structure,teaching content,the role of the supervisor and the comments to the practice teacher.The inspiration is as follows.The education practice course should have a scientific teaching content and order to promote the gradually approach to professional skills;emphasize on the perceptual knowledge through live noviciate to prepare for the practice;identify the comment standard and expectation to the practice teacher;and advance the cooperation between universities and the primary schools and middle schools through process management and instruction to realize the professional development of practice teachers,co-teachers and supervisors in universities.
