儒家文化视角下企业高层团队整合理念研究

摘    要:高层团队管理研究由来已久,国内外研究成果日渐丰富,但是基于文化视角的企业高层团队整合研究成果尚少,研究团队整合理念的成果还不多。从儒家文化的视角研究企业高层团队整合的哲学,并基于儒家文化的价值观分析中国式企业高层团队的整合理念,即更多地强调团队之忠、之仁、之义、之信、之礼、之智、之和。这些价值观对于中国企业的高层团队整合而言,具有非常重要的现实意义。
