“断裂”与“和合”——当下知识分子对农村介入的困境及出路

知识分子问题和农村问题都是当下的炙热话题,知识分子对农村的介入与融合也是大家翘首期盼的结果,但是由于知识分子自身定义的模糊和自身诉求的不同,及其文化资本与政府政策的脱节,导致了知识分子与农村关系的"断裂"。要达到两者的"和合"局面,必须以社会主义核心价值观为中轴;促进教育改革,吸引并留住外来人才;保障"文化资本"向经济、社会资本的转化;放宽体制的钳制等。

Rupture and harmony——the predicament and way out of current intelligentsia' s involvement in the rural

Intellectual issues and the rural issues are the hot topic of the moment.The intellectuals’ involvement in and integration with the rural area is everyone’s expectation.While the ambiguity in the definition of intellectuals,their own different demands,and the fact that their cultural capital is out of line with government policy lead to the "capture" between intellectuals and the rural.In order to achieve the "harmony" of intellectuals and the rural,we should persist in socialist core values,promote education reform to attract and retain foreign talents,transform "cultural capital" into economic and social capital,and relax the restrictions of system,and so on.
