| 摘 要： | 诊所法律教育是以培养学生的法律道德、职业责任和法律技能为核心,以启发式等开放性的方法为其支架,注重培养既具有良好法律知识又具有社会责任感的法律人才的创新型人才培养机制。它借用医学上的“诊所”概念及其方法,注重法律的实践品格,强调法学理论与法律实践、法学教育与法律理论的结合,引导学生在法律实践中培植自律、自主的创造性思维方式。

| Abstract: | Clinical legal education is an innovative teac hing mechanism which aims at fostering students' legal ethics, professional resp onsibility and all kinds of techniques in handling legal problems. The clinical method of legal instruction focuses on case teaching and researching, and studen ts learn how to "diagnose" a specific legal "disease" in a clinical environ ment and are taught through actual representation of a client as a lawyer. There fore, the clinical methodology enable students to attain legal knowledge as well as professional responsibility through legal practice. |
