| 摘 要： | 在大学生生涯决策咨询过程中,咨询员首先要给予大学生积极的无条件的关注,与之进行沟通,并对其具体问题进行深入了解。重点是帮助大学生多做“自主”性的决策,发展大学生的决策技巧,使大学生达到不需要咨询而能自我抉择的目标。
