The Integration of Core Socialist Values Into the Reasoning in Judgment Documents

Firstly, this paper points out the deficiencies in the judgment documents, which reason with core socialist values, from China Judgment Online. Then it analyses the necessity to integrate core socialism values into reasoning and why the problems arise. Lastly, this paper discusses how to integrate core socialist values into the reasoning of judgement documents on the basis of value philosophy and judicial principles. Simply put, core socialist values should be used mainly as supplementary argument; the essentials of core socialist values should be grasped precisely and hierarchically, and should be applied to complex and difficult cases more frequently.
