| Abstract: | A study based on the theories of the Economic Law of the labor dispute from the perspectives of its nature,form,theoretical origin shows that the overemphasis placed by the principle and idea of the Economic Law on "benefit first" and maximized the interest of the economic man serves as an institutional intensifier of the labor dispute and the very cause of the theorectical controversy of the Economic Law. |
