脱贫后高校家庭经济困难学生的继续资助研究

2020年我国全部脱贫实现小康,但由于脱贫的目标之一是"保障义务教育"而不是保障高等教育,实现小康后"现行标准下"的贫困线还会上涨,高等教育普及化后入学人数增多,基于这些原因,脱贫后高校家庭经济困难学生仍继续资助。仍需要完善和执行高校家庭经济困难学生的资助政策,精准执行高校家庭经济困难学生的资助政策需要大数据支撑。

Study on continued funding of students with fanancial difficulties in university after getting out of poverty

In 2020,all people will get out of poverty in our country and realize a well-off society.But one anti-poverty target is to guarantee compulsory education but not to guarantee of higher education.After the realization of well-off society,the poverty line will rise under the current standard.And the enrollment increases after the popularization of higher education.For the above reasons,those students who have economic difficulties in universities still need to be funded continuously after getting out of poverty.And we should also improve and implement the financial-aid policy of students with economic difficulties with the support of big data.
